Hello Friend!
This year’s Back to School season feel a little different than usual. It seems like all the weeks, months, and seasons are just blending into one another. And with kids and teachers not going back into the classroom, it just doesn’t feel like September!
I wanted this month’s wallpapers to have that fresh Back to School vibe, with lots of bright colors paired with early autumnal colors. I used a bunch of fun digital brushes to create a watercolor and dry brush paint effect on the wallpapers and folder icons.
Ready to preview the September 2020 Wallpapers? Here they are!
What do you think?! I had so much fun making each wallpaper this month. Come on, did you see that sweater texture? I hope the graphic above inspires you to create your own palette using this month’s icons, and dot icons from previous months!
Of course, I had to make phone wallpapers too. Click here to download the .zip with all the phone wallpapers, or head to my Instagram Story Highlights to screenshot from your phone! Check them out below.

Unsure how to change your folder icons? Check out my simple video tutorial here for Apple Computers. For Windows users, check out this simple video tutorial. If you want to mix and match these designs with those from previous months, then check out the Decorate Your Desktop page here!

I hope that you love the September 2020 Wallpapers & Folder Icons as much as I do. On a personal note, it’s cool to see how my design skills and style have improved and changed over the years. Let me know if you have a favorite month from the past, and maybe I’ll give them a fresh update!
Thank you so much for visiting WBT and download the wallpapers! I hope they brighten up your desktop for the month.

This is the absolute cutest idea!!! My graphic designer husband was impressed, and I love how neat & tidy my desktop appears, even with “essential” folders still visible!

Hi Noemi! Try downloading the PC Folder Icons – the .ico format should work on any type of computer. Feel free to contact me via email if that doesn’t work! You can find my email on my contact page. Thanks for supporting WBT!
