November 2017 Wallpapers & Folder Icons

Hello friend!

I am so happy to be back today to share these November 2017 Wallpapers and Folder Icons with you! I know I’ve been absent from the blog – between working on the redesign and other projects, blog posts have kind of fallen behind. But fear not! I have a lot of fun content planned for the upcoming months that I can’t wait to share with you.

This month’s wallpaper designs are somewhat inspired by one of my favorite book series: The Confessions of Georgia Nicolson by Louise Rennison. (You may recognize the author’s name from this post.) You can check out two of the covers I was inspired by in this article. I love the fun mix of color, texture, and type that the cover artist used, and I thought it was the perfect inspiration for a more feminine and fashionable fall look.

With a Thanksgiving-inspired wallpaper and a NaNoWriMo folder, I wanted these designs to be customizable for you and your month ahead. If you’re participating in NaNo, be sure to check out last year’s wallpapers too! There are a few writing and coffee designs that you might enjoy.

I also had a lot of fun experimenting with digital lettering in this month’s designs. I am by no means a pro, but I hope you enjoy the handwritten look as much as I do! I’m excited to continue learning and practicing.

Unsure how to change your folder icons? Check out my simple video tutorial here. If you want to mix and match these designs with those from previous months, then check out the Decorate Your Desktop page here!  I am working on an easier way for you to mix and match designs, so be on the lookout for that it the future. If you have any input on making that process easier for you, please let me know!

I hope these designs inspire you to get your desktop organized for the month ahead. Put on some music, grab a cozy drink, and take a moment to replace your wallpaper and folder icons. It takes a few minutes, but the end result always brings a smile to my face. It’s always nice to have a clutter-free and beautiful desktop.

Wishing you a fun and fabulous November!
